I bought an anti-inflammatory and anti-pain medication for a very bad back pain and the medication I received helped me a lot for which I am very grateful to the staff of the Independent Pharmacy. The customer service was very nice, fast and very thoroughly conducted introductory conversation and assessment before the medication was sold. It was explained to me in great detail how to take the given medication and that I should also take a stomach protective medication at the same time. I am very pleased with the customer service of this pharmacy and I will definitely use their services again and I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

For the first time ever, I tried ordering a steroid cream for my face (for seborrhoeic dermatitis) - the same one I’d been using for 16 years, always prescribed by my GP. But to avoid the hassle of appointments, I thought I’d just buy it from here. I sent them a photo of my affected skin with a detailed explanation.

Then they had the nerve to message me, saying they couldn’t provide me with one because it’s “not meant for use on the face or neck” unless I switched to a less stronger one! Absolute nonsense. I bought it from another online pharmacy - no stupid messages, no drama.

A year later, I ran out and decided to reorder, but I’d forgotten where I got it from. I gave this place another go and got the exact same ridiculous response. Unbelievable. The only good thing is they didn’t try to flog me with paracetamol.
