I just wanted to let you know that the only reason the company is getting any stars is because of the two amazing staff members I spoke to about my complaint and refund.

If only the rest of the staff were as helpful as Sophie and Zara, I probably wouldn’t have closed my account.

So to you two, I salute you and thank you for your incredible help, to the managers of these two, Please pay them more and get them to train the rest of your staff! They’re about as useful as a vegan at an all-you-can-eat BBQ!
