I can honestly say I’m at the end of my line with homebox and/or billing better. I have sent over 100 emails and made numerous phone calls to this company.

We found out about Homebox through the agent. We contacted Homebox customer service and they provided a pleasant service and directed me to Joso Wesley. He did a great job for us. That is a nice and informative explanation. Especially, as a non-British I struggled with the British accent most of the time. But he explained everything clearly and patiently. Homebox contacted me to be my agent in order to be paying my utilities bills on my behalf, they have deducted £173. 56 twice from my account and the electricity provider is still sending bill to me. I've sent several mails to Homebox without response, I also chatted them through their portal without any response.

I'm beginning to doubt their integrity because of the mess they've caused for my family .
