"Satisfied Customer"

Really pleased with the support of the Consumer Refund Service (CRS). I wouldn't have known where to begin with making a claim against mis-sold PPI. With the support of CRS I have received a compensation payment (refund of PPI plus interest). It is worth paying the commission, I am very happy with my 80% as I would have received nothing without support from CRS

"Taking a while for some of the payments…"

Taking a while for some of the payments to come through because aspects of compensation relate to my late husband's accounts - held jointly with me, but I have been grateful for all of the help I have received from Consumer Refund Service. They have found accounts I had completely forgotten about. Thank you.

"Would recommend this company"

Would recommend this company. If they hadn’t been in touch with me I would Not have done nothing about claiming PPI. Albeit they made it clear at the outset that there would be a percentage fee to pay if there was a positive outcome but, at the end of the day, they did all the groundwork and I was very happy with the outcome and two PPI payouts.

"I don't like being sent a letter…"

I don't like being sent a letter demanding I send you the money within 7 days on the strength of a letter/invoice you CLAIM to have sent me before. I NEVER received such letter/invoice

I have spent the past few days searching for my cheque book (last used about 12 months ago) and I don't like paying over the phone (credit cards OR debit cards), but in view of the nature of the letter 'The invoice must be paid within the next 7 days' (I presume OR ELSE.... I had to use my credit card to pay

Bearing in mind there has been this health outbreak - don't you think that you are being unreasonable? I don't do online or internet banking and as I have MS I did not want to leave the house to go to the Post Office (to send a cheque by registered post) for obvious reasons - I am not happy with the way you have conducted yourselves

"Highly recommend"

I wasn't going to bother even looking to see if I'd had PPI as I didn't think I had. How wrong I was and the Consumer Refund Service sorted everything out. Prompt, efficient and professional. Yes they take a percentage but you know that before you proceed and tbh they are very welcome to it.
