"PLEASE HELP"

I ordered a dress for my daughter, and money has been taken from my account yet I have not heard ANYTHING from the company. I have e-mailed them THREE times and still have not received a response. I’m trying to stay positive, but I’m getting really discouraged and wondering if all of these 5-star ratings are fake.

My daughter has a 30 inch waist so I got the largest size they had which was the 10Y size the had. IT FIT!!!! the waist is elastic so that helped. It lights up beautifully.

I'm always worried about the quality of a product when I purchase online but I was very pleased with this dress. (It also came with the purse.) I ordered it early as a Halloween costume. I bought the 4/5 year size. For reference, our child is 4 and a half years old, 36 inches tall and weighs 30 pounds. The top of the dress has pretty thin material but is fairly stretchy. There were a couple of very small flaws in the sleeve and collar. But I had to really look closely to find them. We were very careful when we tried it on so as not to pull on the material too much or damage the lighting. I also found the shoes on Amazon through a different vendor. And I purchased the accessories set (glasses, earrings, bracelet, necklace) through Claire's. If you're on the fence about which Mirabel dress to purchase, I will just say that this one was a huge hit in our home. Grab it before they're gone!

I received my order and my daughter loves the lights. They required 3 AAA batteries each. I placed my order on 9/9 and received a tracking number. I didn’t know when the ETA was so I contacted support. I got a response right away and they sent updated tracking information and I received my order two weeks from the order date. Great customer service!
