"Broken Lights"

The dress is absolutely beautiful and true to size. I was disappointed because it arrived without batteries for the lights and both of the little boxes that hold the batteries were open and missing screws. After all that the lights ended up having a short and never worked right.

I canceled the order prior to shipment ( website stated “preparing order”) however Uporer decided to ignore my cancellation then apparently shipped it out several days later however I never received the shipment nor any tracking information. Now I’m trying to fight for my refund of $147 and Uporer won’t acknowledge my emails again.

The customer service response and the shipment arrival is delayed. You should let your customers know that it will take 3-4 weeks to receive the package because you are in hong kong. You also notify your customers that there is an international fee that we will be charged. Its ok to be located outside the USA, but notify the customers of the details that come with ordering from hong kong.

I ordered two dresses and undergarments befit I realized that they were sold on Amazon. So right after I placed the order I requested a cancellation. The order was still in process. One day later I checked and it still was not canceled. I emailed again and requested they cancel it. Next thing I get is your order has shipped and money has been taken. When I originally placed order it said delivery before Christmas. Well I have no dresses, am out of pocket because this company didn’t cancel as requested. Some lady answered my first request but only to ask me what was wrong not to confirm cancellation. So anyway since I’m charged anyway I’m thinking to keep them so I check the “tracking” number in the email and it says they have no items associated with the tracking number. I’m like “w-t-f”, this company is shady and I’m talking to PayPal to get my hard earned money returned. Buyer beware and make sure you do due diligence. Reviews are lies so don’t go by reviews. This site was set up to look like it’s USA based especially when they say fast shipping and delivery will be before Christmas but it is apparently also a lie. It is a Hong Kong based company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

"contact but no response"

I had to contact them because the order seemed to be at the pick up point according to the tracking site when I ordered to deliver to my house. But there is no response from them. The indicated pick up point is not even in my area.
Since this order was for my daughters Christmas present, I’m extremely disappointed in this lack of their service.
