"Terrible company"

I ordered this dress on Nov. 19th I recieved an email on 11/25/22 that the package was lost and could take up to 30 days for me to recieve it. They also stated thank you for your patience. I will never buy from them again. Most companies would offer to send a new dress. They refused to refund me or send a new dress. As we will not recieve the dress in time for our event.

"Received wrong sizes and defective items. Do not use."

I ordered two dresses in two different sizes each. One dress came a size 110 and 120. The other dress both came in a 100. One of the headbands was defective. The company said the sizes were correct (they were not), and did not offer a new headband or to return it at their cost. They said I had to ship it back to China at my cost for a refund.

I received the wrong, and defective items, and dealt with their representative for a week before contacting my credit card company.

No where on their site does this company state that returns (even with defects) must be paid by the purchaser.

Order was in transit as of October 20th. Still nothing. Pretty sure i was robbed

Im looking to have a refund my dress was never delivered. And they never got back to me on how I can get one. I spoke to no one.

The dress arrived as expected, within 1.5-2 weeks of placing the order, The light up dress and underskirts worked beautifully and my daughter was happy. You need the underskirt to get the full affect of the dress and see the lights well.
