Started the plan 25th June at 18 stone 9 pounds and as of 12th November I’m at 12 stone 8 pounds so a lost 6 stones 1 pound! Went on the plan as was recommended by a friend and love it. I’m on the Total Diet Replacement which is a Keto diet with 3 shakes a day. I tried the the chicken and leek soup but found I prefer the vanilla, strawberry and chocolate shakes. What I love about it is there is no thinking just take the shakes and because it has all the nutrients there is no brain fog or headaches apart from a mild headache in the first week of starting the plan for a day or two. After the first week I had lots of energy, no headaches, no brain fog and other ailments have cleared up as the weeks and months passed. What keeps me motivated is you are losing weight almost every day and the freedom of movement and energy has increased as the weight had dropped off. I send my weight in ever week to Gareth who also encourages me to keep going.
