If there would be 0 starts i would put it on. After a photo shoot i said I don’t like the quality of pictures and some positions, and then the circus started with this company. I paid for 2 month in a hope they will reply to my email complaining and at least will try to sort this out or make maybe new shoots but no . Unfortunately they ignored all of my complaints. I stopped making payments as feel like i been ripped off . Contacted my bank - bank understood and closed dd. Contacted citizens advisor- they wrote e mail and asked me to wait so what i do. And now after 4 months this company sends me last reminder of payment and saying they will give my case to third parties to claim money back. So from today i have proof what i sent them what was they response. Also be really careful as after i give my e mail and number i started receive scam calls and e mails ( also have saved everything) i have no choice left other then take them to small claim court. Be careful with this company, shame I didn’t read reviews before . Also they wont even reply here.

"Expectations"

Sadly I somewhat feel we’ve been had over by £3k. All the hype on the day saying how great the photo shoot was and my son has a talent for modelling, building hopes up that we would get work! Signed to agencies and months down the line still nothing! TS Studios have provided zero contact or support after being told they would support us. Extremely disappointed unfortunately!

They are professional scam artists. I should have seen the initial red flag to begin with when a man came in shouting about it being a scam and then left really upset. But I wanted to believe in it really bad.

This is what they feed on, artists and performers' dreams and vulnerability.

I got there in London (October 2023) and the photographers and make-up artists were all very nice as was the person who opened the door and edited the pictures later.

I was kept waiting for hours, and after I was interviewed by a woman, and I thought we had connected on a deep level (how naive of me). I actually left so happy and excited, thinking we were actually going to be friends. I was essentially love-bombed, how lovely, beautiful, and incredible I am. And how far I was going to go. Then I was shown the packages all really expensive. But by that point, she had convinced me. I was recommended the 1700 pound package, photos plus liaison.

I didn't have enough money then, but I would have my student loans next month so I would use it then. I left the 50-pound deposit and got 2 pictures on the day because "I earned" them. Apparently, most people only leave with 1 on the day unless they pay in full on the date.

After I paid in full the following month, I got all my images. However, no one has ever contacted me for any jobs or anything. Also, I think they must have blocked my phone number.

I was absolutely devastated, not only because I had lost some much money for nothing, but the emotional component was so strong, the persuading, the manipulation, the lovebombing, the connection I thought we had made, my dreams all up in smoke. I relapsed with my addiction and only recently have recovered.

Be wiser than I was, not all that glitters is gold. They are professional scam artists and deception is their daily bread.

"TOTALLY SCAM"

It is a scam company that takes people's money for nothing. They will chase and call you every day to get your money. They will threaten you to send debt collectors to your house.

They will charge you £300 for shooting terrible photos and some other promises. I want my money back. I went to their London studio (it is a temporary rented place, not like a real studio even) to earn some extra cash from modelling, but I lost money for promises and terribly shooted photos. Don't believe them, don't pay the upfront payment.

This was about my 6th.photoshoot ,and my second ,in Manchester.
To be honest my first ,just before lockdown a few years ago was OK ,but the photographer was abrupt and unfriendly.He didn't encourage any synergy between us and I felt self conscious and uneasy about my transvestism.
I was rushed,as in so many studios, and I felt they were glad to see the back of me.
This was a completely different experience,and the other side of town.
I was made to feel very welcome,and there were divided and curtained dressing areas in which to change.
The make up artist was lovely and vivacious, and an artist ,like me, I felt.
It went be like a dream and the lady photographer was charm itself.On an impulse she got me to pull on the chain of my handbag,resulting in a slightly edgy image,and,I think the best photo in my portfolio!
I had to wait a bit,as one has to,but felt no constraint, and it was nice to relate to the other clients.It was a wonderfully easy-going but quietly professional,and multi-ethnic atmosphere,as there was a sassy West Indian family there to converse with.
A thoroughly pleasant experience,and in Manchester,of all places,the sun came out ,and I walked back into town and thence to Victoria station with joy in my heart!

Scam do not go there, had to sing contract without reading it, at the end when i left premises got contract in my email witch states can’t cancel when left premises, they promise you job, but only they do is redirect you for other fake agency's who will require same deposit and to buy another portfolios, pictures was horrible, and they dont tell you until u come to visit them that you will need to purchase portfolio for thousands, i was reading the contract on tv screen when suddenly she removes everything from screen tells me to sing, because there is no point to read it now, because she will send you copy to email, all stuff she told was different that contract states, lucky me i was video recording whole conversation, for my own safety, i did cancel direct debit reported this to bank as fraud company, contacted they own costumer service, witch is not replying, even here my previous review was removed, it was really sad to see those parents with they’re kids sitting there and waiting and being ripped for nothing there

Ts Studios made me feel very welcome I had such a lovely time I saw the potential that I have. The make up and hair artist Gabby was very sweet and she done amaaaaazing job with my hair and make up. I felt like a star having fun being myself I definitely would recommend Ts Studios for professional photo shoot.

"SCAMMMM!!!!!"

It looks like they keep stealing money from people! Guys, don’t ignore the bad reviews, they are scam!
The good reviews are fake!
They offer you appointment, you pay £50/£100, when you are there you will find posts on the walls saying “do not take photos”. This is clearly not to be able to prove that you were there so you can’t get the money.
My partner got scammed but only for the £100 and now we cannot prove that he was actually there. So in case you still go for the appointment make sure you take all the evidence that you were there. Otherwise no money back!
