"A scam company refused to compensate"

There is no misunderstanding and I had contacted with your CS department for over a month conversation stating the issue, and still you refuse to pay back or even compensate a portion.

Never pay them, definitely a scam. I failed my bank dispute just because it is limited with Mastercard Debit. I paid over 2k for a full package, received an empty USB right away. I bought 4 items and only 2 on time. And I only received the digital photos and prints I purchased 3 months after when I raised the dispute. This company is very dodgy and refused to apologise/ compensate the delay and crafty empty USB.
