unfortunately trustpilot is too scared to publish genuine reviews therefore i cannot describe what was caused by this company. YM from trustpilot support could be replaced with a trained monkey though. Completely useless. I dare you trustpilot to take this down again.

The overall customer service was great. Honestly I sent an email on Saturday the 9th of November 2024 and on Tuesday the 12th of November I got feedback and resolution to my query.
Apart from what was offered by TS Studios, the service has been very professional and very straightforward. They have been understanding also in providing options and very helpful.

I don't see what all the negativity is about?
I had a fantastic day and they were extremely clear about what would happen if i was to attend.
I bought a portfolio yes, because I needed one.There were plenty of options, I paid a bit more because I wanted the other products to make life easier for myself but there is a variety in price. Wonderful head shots, professional staff and amazing aftercare service very informative however long winded the emails are!

Had a lovely time during booking, photoshoot and make up/styling. Everyone was welcoming and professional. The consultant was
somewhat bossy but it did feel she looked after my wellbeing. What happens after, I wouldn't know as I didn't buy any packages. I knew they are not an agency and the prices looked logical for what they offer, IF they offer it. From reading the comments above, they might not do very good dealings after. Alternatively, buy your photos and do your self-promotion. Everyone else was so friendly, I was going to leave the £50 booking fee for tip, but the consultant was a little rude.
(addition: the packages might seem expensive, but they did give me a lot of information how the industry works. At the end of the day, they have rent and bills to pay, so they need to make a living too. They were very approachable, if I had any questions, they got answered immediately. Even if you need to approach the agencies your self, you need to start somewhere. Just make sure you buy the right package for you and make sure you pay it in installments )

"Experience of a lifetime "

The makeup artist had the touch of an angel when doing makeup. The photographer is a total dream. The total experience was phenomenal, you may arrive like a scared rabbit caught in headlights but you literally walk out on cloud nine. After the shoot, a lady named Kimberly shows you your pictures and goes through what packages are available step by step. 💯% amazing experience.

"Avoid. "

Had to cut a lot out of this review to get it posted. I have gained no work at all from them, they provided about 30 pictures and “recommended” me to other companies that also require payments to join their books. I’m out of pocket by far too much considering there’s no actual tangible help or support to further your career. These will be the most expensive set of pictures you ever buy yourself.
