I have used omega 3 times, just booked BKK-LHR with Turkmenistan for £280 which was £11 cheaper than the competition.

Omega, Traveltrolley and Travelup
are all good, although i often find omega the cheapest.

I have not made any changes to any omega reservations so cant comment on that aspect. However for basic ticket issuance at excellent prices very satisfied

I've used Omega three times now and I must say how pleased I am with the ease of use of their website, the 'no-fuss' straightforward booking of a flight, and their competitive prices that don't suddenly escalate for some inexplicable reason. It all 'just works'. The last time, I went direct to Omega, previously I went through a search engine. In future I'll keep with Omega first and foremost, and maybe do a quick check elsewhere for any possible alternative flights, but Omega is my first choice. Their quick email confirmations and itineries are also excellent.

The booking experience was fine apart from the fact that it would not let me search for flights with baggage included in the price.
