First off all my tickets and all the details were sent straight away to me. But due to airlines mistake BA. British Airways cancelled my tickets. But thanks to Nelson from omega who went above and beyond to help me and reduce my stress levels sorted everything out. In fact he rang me 3 times on different occasions just to make sure I had received all the documents. Thanks to Nelson I will always purchase my tickets hotels etc from omega.
