Nextt have a very experienced team of support workers, Casey my contact goes out of her way to accommodate me with my daughter's requirements.
My daughter looks forward to her support each week this in turn takes a lot of pressure off myself, keep up the good work.

I have been with Nextt since February 2022, Working with Nextt so far has been a pleasure. Marissa has been a great leader and very on to it when communication is needed to get through to the team. Monthly meetings are set up to keep all staff in the loop to be on top for our participant/s needs. Nextt have great leaders who keep the teams accountable. Nextt roster team are very flexible and work around your availability. When In need of personal time off or have emergency family commitments- Alison, Sharna and roster team are on to it to make sure all individuals have a SW on site.
