Ordered internationally (in Canada) and I paid $50usd in shipping alone for $40 parts.
Received box of OEM plastic parts with 0 packaging material and as a result was broken in transit. Box had 0 labels to state “fragile” or “handle with care”.
Requested for replacement because it was a long awaited part and they only refund, which was poorly communicated by the RMA team. They refused to reimburse a fraction of my shipping cost.

I ordered a part for my car based on the year make model and other information including the VIN number. They sent me the part, which appeared to be the correct one, however it was not. The part did not fit and was the incorrect one for my vehicle. My return was denied, so I was out the money. Would never use them again. Just pray they send you the correct part, otherwise you're screwed.
