Well, let me say that Evan Dawson deliver an amazing knowledge in a very friendly way. And courtesy and respect that handles any question NO matter how silly or valuable the question is !
I wish there's a way I can extend the contact with Evan after the 2 weeks grace period after the week 8 is over. At least until i can make money with my first client, that's the only down side I would say.

"Refund Agreed to but Ignored for 7 Months Despite Numerous Attempts"

I do not accept this response. I was never given access to intellectual property due to not being paid in full. Their team has NOT been responsive otherwise I wouldn’t have had to to waste my time with all of the unanswered and dismissed calls, texts, & emails, dozens and dozens of times over the last few months being assured “Someone will get back to you within 24 hours” and waiting for them to “follow up multiple times” as they falsely claimed in their response, as it never happened once. There was never an agreement with my signature on it disclosing any policies or lack there of with regard to refunds. Despite whatever policies they are referencing now, I have communications from Douglas James’ Support Team stating that they are refunding me. Had this all occurred prior to the expiration date on my credit card used, the refund would’ve already been processed and we wouldn’t be here.

I’ve been dealing with an unresolved refund issue with Douglas James Ventures for $4,999 since February 2024. They initially attempted to process the refund but told me my credit card had expired. I promptly provided them with alternate payment details as they requested, but despite over 30 attempts to follow up through email, phone, and text, I’ve heard nothing back.

I filed BBB complaint #21706598, and even after multiple attempts from the BBB and their Dispute Resolution Department to get in contact with Douglas James Ventures, they still refuse to engage. It’s surprising and disappointing that a business with an A+ rating would ignore a matter like this, leaving a customer with no choice but to publicly share their experience.

I hope Douglas James Ventures can finally resolve this matter and complete the refund that their support staff initially agreed to process. I’m still open to communication and resolution.

Our coach, Evan Dawson, was phenomenal! He made the material easy to learn and was helpful and responsive when we had questions. Sarah Coleman was also a huge help outside of the classes!
