"Gold already wearing through…"

My necklace is already wearing through to the metal underneath and same with the bottom of my ring. For the price I’m really disappointed. Won’t be buying from here again.

"Appalling packaging"

The rings were good quality. Fit me perfectly. I like that a polishing fabric was included. But I am not thrilled with the packaging at all. They were just in a plain mailing pouch without any box to protect them. Two rings in one pouch! Couldn’t even be bothered to put them each in a separate pouch. I say for the price they are, the packaging doesn’t even compare to the one I bought from a brand called Cer_____. That part was just shocking.

"Still waiting on a refund!!!"

Great products but Customer service is awful! I returned an item in my order a month ago and have still yet to receive a return despite it arriving back at the retailer. They have ignored all my emails enquiring after the refund too. Would not purchase from again based on this alone! Where is my refund serge denimes?

Contacted the Service Team at 1w… who have ‘placed an enquiry’. Now over 2 weeks and still hear nothing.
Let see if the refund is forthcoming??
