"Good quality with resizing requirements"
It feels like good quality, the order was processed very quickly. I like the designs as well, and very upfront and honest about the materials used. The silver is great.
To a slight negative, the sizes are limited. Maybe this is just a U.K. size issue, but there are a lot of sizes inbetween the options, and I am all of those. So as soon as it arrived, I needed to send it off to get resized.
That being said, the ring is absolutely worth resizing, and I will likely purchase items from here again.

"The worst customer service"
The worst customer service. I have returned my order but heard absolutely nothing from Serge DeNimes, let alone had a refund, after 10 days. I know it has arrived as I can track it but, despite emailing to check, they've remained silent.

"Did not receive what I ordered"
Did not receive what I ordered. Was a wedding gift for my groomsmen and they sent two completely wrong items. Therefore unable to give them the gift for my wedding.
Thanks for your reply but the wedding has been and gone I emailed on the 31st of may the day I received the items.
I did not get a response until the 6th of June at 15.10 which told me to head to the returns portal. The wedding was that week so there would not of been time to exchange.

I returned an item and I have seen that they have received the item from my postage receipt. I’ve had no contact about my refund being processed and am owed £85. I have called several times to get no answer

"Delivery the wrong size"
I bought a ring Jubilee ring after seeing it on instagram in a post of Lewis Hamilton, but unfortunately when it arrived it was the wrong size: I order it size 20 and it arrived in a size 23, with the consequence that I had to take it to a jewelry to get it fixed and spending more money. It will be difficult to trust the site again, because of the wrong size.

I sent 3 returns neally over 3 weeks ago and have not recieved any notification or response to my emails or social media messages in regards to refunding my money, i have over £300 outstanding to be returned. I actually really like the products! And the ring I have decided to keep is great. But the returns process is beyond shocking, putting me off ordering again. I will be happy to remove this review if you guys can just sort my returns out.
