"Poor quality and poor customer service"

I ordered a patriot ring too small initially and returned it within a couple of days - I still haven’t heard if it’s been received or had a refund processed. I ordered a larger replacement and in less than 2 weeks of owning it with less than 7 days wear the black writing has faded / come off. Not the quality I expected. Still haven’t heard back from their customer service team either, so overall a pretty expensive and disappointing experience so far.

Good quality product and speedy delivery. Downside is the 14 day return policy, be good if it could be 28 day. My fault for not checking, so I’m having to have the ring resized 🤷🏼‍♀️

Bought a ring was arrived promptly, but the sizing was too small. Initially created a return for a refund, but changed my mind and contacted Customer Support to change this to an exchange - they replied within hours and sorted this.

However, I've checked the tracking for the return and can see it's been delivered. Sent an email asking about the status of this - no reply for a week.

Followed up with another email and still no reply. Currently still without product and out of pocket. Garbage customer service - only seem to reply if it's a straight forward query.

I bought two rings for my niece, they were too small but customer service was excellent. It was easy to send the rings back and receive bigger sizes although in one case the bigger size was no longer available. However my niece was delighted with her new rings,

Returned a ring as per the returns portal online instructions on the 17th April. Despite numerous emails I have had no contact or refund.
Appalling service. Have searched everywhere for a phone number but unsurprisingly there isn't one.
I will be reporting to trading standards if I have had no update by the 17th May

I ordered a ring. the quality of the product was excellent, but I missed the size a little, so I returned the ring back, hoping to get my money back and order the same ring, but one size larger.
Returned the ring according all terms, using the return label. It was at April 15th.
At DHL tracker I can see, that parcel was delivered at April 19th to the UK. To this day I have not returned my money for the ring and have not received answers to my emails...

Serge DeNimes responded to my email and after couple days returned me money for the ring minus expenses for shipping costs. I understand that there are different circumstances and it can be difficult to handle the flow of orders and answer all emails.
So I changed my rating from 1 to 4.

I liked the product but the necklace arrived with a few snags and I had to return it. If there was time, I would have requested a replacement,but as it was a gift, I had to choose an alternative elsewhere. The returns process was straightforward, it took about 3 weeks (possibly due to a series of bank holidays).
