I really like their products and the quality is also relatively good! However, last time I ordered a bracelet and had to wait around 3 weeks for my product to arrive. After 3 weeks I didn't get the product at all. It seemed to be lost in transit. It made me upset but what made me even more upset is that I only received an email with an apology. I expected somehow a make-it-up gesture such as some royalty points or some kind of discount for the next order. But anyway we are all human and things like this happen. Most probably I will buy with them again anyway.
