The Bracelet I received was bent. To me it seems it had been worn before or as a result of poor packaging. It also had scuffs and scratches at the ends. I’m really disappointed.

"Great design but poor quality..."

Products on the website look great, and the design in general is very good but the physical quality of the materials is poor. I ordered 7 different rings to try on and was quite disappointed when they arrived. The rings are unnaturally light, as if they were hollow inside, and they look like they are made of cheap metal, rather than coated in silver as advertised. The rings with stones in particular looked a bit like Camden market trinkets. I probably wouldn't be complaining too much if these were 10 or 20 quid each but for 50-70 pounds I would have expected much better quality. Most frustrating of all was how difficult they make it to return anything. You have to fill out a form and contact the company and then wait for 24 hours while they "approve" your request for a refund. Definitely wont be buying anything from these guys again.
