The stone on my ring doesn’t sit on the same level of the ring frame so it has sharp edges popping off and I am worried that eventually it will hit something and crack as I naturally wear it.

I've bought 3 rings, a necklace and two TShirts from Serge DeNimes so far and they have all been fantastic pick ups. Marvelous quality and details within the pieces I bought, however the sizing on the Lilac Crest TShirt being labelled "regular fit" doesn't help much. Perhaps including chest, waist and hip measurements for each sizing (S/M/L) will help online shoppers. As well as the ring sizes being ever so slightly larger then a few other places I've bought my "same size" (W) rings before. A little oxidation from my Silver Warrior Ring when it first came but nothing from that first/one and only time it made my index finger a little green. Every other jewellery product I've purchased has been excellent. I love the Serge DeNimes style and the range of awesome products.

"WORST RETURNS PROCESS EVER..."
The most ridiculous and long winded, over complicated and non user friendly returns process I've ever experienced. Just use a parcelshop or hermes scan at a shop code like everyone else? First of all they state a returns label is included in the parcel, I got 2 orders as I'd initially ordered the wrong size - no label. Then you have to speak to customer service to request one, there's a QR code on that which you have to scan, THEN you have to fill out a form and request a delivery label and was informed a customer service team member would be in touch in 24 hours?! Truly ridiculous. Any idiot could see that this is a terrible, terrible way of handling returns.
