"They charged extra to get it shipped…..."

They charged extra to get it shipped and delivered in time for Christmas and then it did not arrive until after Christmas. I reached out to them to get the difference refunded and they will not respond!

Sadly, the product came damaged. The stud is half broken from the shaft and it’s only a matter of time before it comes off completely - which is a shame because I really like the look of it!
