"Delivery/Customer Service Issues..."

I placed an order last Thursday (Royal Mail 48 hours). Tracking number was provided last Friday saying it was on the way.

It was not delivered and I have not had any response to any of my emails or messages. I completely understand issues with delivery and being busy due to covid and the Christmas period. But my order was a birthday and Christmas present that will not arrive in time and I am still waiting for a response.
