Would not recommend subcold fridges, mine stopped working after 2 1/2 years old contacted company for solution, told don’t do repairs, got my own fridge engineer who told me fridge has gas leak and not viable to repair, contacted company who told me that should be able to repair. So in limbo with relatively new but broken fridge. So not a very good fridge.

I had my subcold fridge just over 30 days after purchase. Fridge got picked up 2 and a half weeks I had to wait to for delivery to come bk to me really was disappointed as I was without Fridge there was a lot of going bk and fourth with e.mails which was getting me nowhere. I would strongly recommend u do not buy any product from subcold very low on customer care this is the first ever time.e I have written a bad review I have wrote this so others can be aware of lack of customer care and support

Super65 (Silver) is the perfect size and visual fit for my needs. Had an issue on delivery (delivered on a Thursday) which was resolved VERY quickly by having a replacement door shipped and delivered by Sunday. Customer support was faultless, highly recommend both the fridge and the support, very pleased I ordered direct.

The actual fridge is great, birthday gift for a teen boy, filled with drinks and snacks. So good that my other two kids now want one for their birthdays!!

Disappointed in condition it arrived though. I bought one from Subcold via Amazon and it turned up in a ripped and battered box, no outer packaging. I sent it back as it was a gift and ordered directly from their website, thought maybe it was just Amazon. Second one arrived, again no outer box and only marginally in better condition. Maybe an unusual gift but even buying for myself, I would expect to receive anything I’ve spent money on in good condition, including the packaging. Im sure it was done in transit and didn’t leave Subcold in that condition but they definitely need to rethink the lack of packaging.

Swift delivery and delivery man was helpful cheerful and polite.
The product was delivered in pristine condition. However we were upset when we opened it as we ordered it as SILVER and when it arrives it is SILVER/BLACK.
