I’m still waiting for my fridge was expecting 21/7 and it’s still in transit. Company asked me to fill out a form for a disputed delivery. Urm disputed I haven’t had it and no one can tell me where it is. Very poor communication from the company. So if your ordering from this company check the delivery and whether they have the product in stock. I am £300 down with no product and no idea of when I will receive it.

Edit: updated to 3 stars as the return was accepted and I still don't know if what I got was faulty by this company's standards or just how they are. My observations of my subcold unit vs the commercial unit I replaced it with:

1. The claimed energy rating is when running the fridge at 17 degrees. Who does that? So be wary of figures between models theyre not like for like.

2. In comparison to a normal kitchen fridge these types of fridge simply don't have the insulation and as such the (noisy) condensers will run for MUCH longer.

That said the subcold condenser was literally permanently on for setting 3, 4 and 5. The other fridge, on the coldest setting, was on substantially less but still far more than I expected.

The 42db rated subcold was LOUD and to my ears more offensively loud than the 50db rated commercial fridge. My normal 42db fridge is much, much quieter. So don't think because you can live with the noise of one that the other is ok.

Also I got a sound meter and it was reporting more than the rated amount but less than 50db even though it sounded louder than the 50db fridge. Maybe the type of noise?

3. The led light may as well not be there. Single tiny light at top middle shines directly on top can, which blocks it all.

4. It just didn't get very cold. I really hope/assume my unit was faulty. It really couldn't cope with a party situation IMO. Any new bottle you put in would take over a day to mildly cool. The commercial fridge is a noght and day difference here (as perhaps one would expect).

FYI:
If you take out the wine shelf, (subcold115) you are left with four shelves only one of which can hold 330ml bottles. Two can hold 330ml cans and 1 can hold 440ml cans. That shelf is 4/5 cans deep. The other shelves can hold 6x6 bottles/cans.
