"Exactly what I wanted for my skincare"

Exactly what I wanted for my skincare. 10 litres sounds extravagant however I am able to put all my skincare in the fridge, plus snacks and some additional skincare products if needed. The fridge is quiet enough for it to not disturb my sleep. I have a small room and sleep with ease knowing my skincare is prepared and ready for application. 100% recommend Subcold :)

"Wouldn’t use again"

Was told 2-3 days but it took 6 days and quality is not what I was expecting looks cheaper and more flimsy than it seemed online

I have ordered mini fridge from Subcold company few days ago. We just received it and it’s beautiful. I have also done incorrect delivery address.- after noticing I have messaged the team and they have corrected my mistake in longer that 10min. Very very efficient customer service! "Dangerous products, disabled discr"

I tried to return a dangerous and faulty item. I have cerebral palsy and needed to arrange collection. The manager very directly communicated that it wasn’t his problem, delivering this in an aggressive tone. Leaving me in shock and tears. Utterly disgusting and quite openly discriminatory towards my disability.

I’d only had the fridge a few hours before realising it was faulty and unsafe. I hate my physical limitations , there’s nothing I can do to change this. If I could return it to a drop off point myself I absolutely would have. I can’t walk without support and only use one hand. Getting a mini fridge back to them could have been arranged I’m sure , and done with care. I’m in shock at this point.

The item was brought through Amazon and amazon made it clear that as I brought through a third party seller the collection would be done to this company. Thankfully Amazon are supporting me in getting this company to collect its faulty product.

The absolute lack of care in the fact I have a product which is dangerous or a willingness to help get it back to them is shocking. I was literally told “ it’s not our problem, your contract is with Amazon” and the rudeness in the tone, responsible or not who talks like that to someone clearly in a vulnerable position, and to hold such a senior position too.

I guess they’re great if nothing goes wrong, but to actively go out of their way to avoid responsibility, when faced with an item issue, especially as it’s unsafe, I wouldn’t trust any of their products in my home. To risky. Overall I’m left in shock.
