I purchased a Subcold Pro10 and had concerns about the fan/running off and on. My previous mini fridge the fan ran constantly. I messaged Subcold and got a response immediately and my concerns were put to rest. Their customer service in my experience was top notch.

So disappointed -my mini fridge costing approx £80, went wrong after 13mths, guarantee was for 12mths, so I asked if they would consider repairing or replacing it -as so close to the date and they would not … I tried to buy another plug in case this was the problem- paid £14.99 and still would not work….
I choose to purchase Subcold as thought I could rely on this well known brand , but obviously not!

As I explained in previous emails to you - I purchased in Nov23 for a Christmas present for my son - so was not used until Christmas -ok so let’s say Dec23
And it went wrong Jan25
Just over 1 year ? Not?!?
