The delivery was quick and the product was packaged very well. The mini fridge is very impressive, it is basically silent and has plenty of space to store drinks. Overall, a very good experience.

"Delivery not great "

I thought it was very good that they had a “make an offer” option for their refurbished mini fridges as I made use of this and got mine for 10% cheaper.
However, I am really disappointed with the delivery and lack of updates with it. I chose the delivery that was within 2 working days, and after 5 days my order was showing as still not shipped. I contacted Subcold and they replied to me in 4 minutes (wow!) saying that they have now posted my order with next day delivery. I am glad that they have sorted this but the tracking is still showing it as not shipped, it seems like it’s just not updating. I can’t help but think if I would’ve ordered something that cost me a couple hundred pounds, not having any updates on delivery would be quite concerning.
