"I brought a fridge which was supposed…"

I brought a fridge which was supposed to be delivered in 2 days but it took 3 days which was down to Evri not Subcold, however the fridge arrived with a scratch on the door and a dent inside. I contacted them and they arranged for me to drop it off at a shop and said after 5 days they will send out a new one once they have inspected it
The problem is as I explained to Subcold the reason I ordered it from them in the beginning was because I’ve just came out of ITU (hospital) with breathing problems and am unable to climb up or down the stairs,….so now am out of pocket of as I’ve paid for a fridge that I don’t have
I’m discussed and feel as if I’m been not listened too I’m home alone and the fridge was ordered to help me while living in my bedroom
Believe me I have sent lots of emails before them taking it back
To think that they wanted me to drop it off instead of getting Evri to come to me just shows how caring and loyal they are NOT
The reason for the 1 star is that overall the customer service is crape on this occasion

Extremely quick despatch and delivery. Freezer is a good size for a cabinet top unit. Great price too. We've only had it a short while but it does seem to do the job very well.

I ordered a mini fridge for my partner’s office. I was not expecting the amazing quality, detail and deceptively spacious storage in a small item.
Shelving is sturdy, can be easily adapted, there is a great internal light, quality lock and door can be placed to suit.
From start to finish the company were wonderful, communicated clearly and made sure I was happy with my purchase.
Delivery was prompt and the fridge was excellently packaged.
There are cheaper options out there but I am a true believer in buying quality items that will last.
The best thing of all - my partner loves it!
