"Subcold where great"

Subcold where great. But dpd said fridge was out for delivery on the Tuesday but when it came to the delivery slot they messaged to say it was sitting in depot. Eventually got on Wednesday afternoon.

My Subcold mini freezers stopped working, and I realised it was due to the wire. I ordered new wires from the Subcold website but ended up purchasing the incorrect ones because their product descriptions were not very clear.

The website does not offer a way to return items, so I had to contact customer service. I was informed that I would need to pay for the return shipping myself.

This seems quite unreasonable and outdated for a company in 2025.

Purchased for a birthday present and arrived early. My daughter says will look good on her bar.

My daughter asked for a mini fridge for Christmas. I wanted a white one so it matched in her room. Really please with this, its really quiet, and keeps the cans nice and cold. I wanted one that wasn't too tiny, and only held a couple of cans, but also not too big. This is perfect!

Just plugged it in so expect it to be as advertised. Sits perfectly on the kitchen side!

Arrived with what seems to be commonplace. One foot damaged (still functional). I have read blah blah eco packaging but really not good enough.

Mini Freezer received in good time, but wrong colour supplied (Black instead of white)
Prompt offer of partial refund made, and accepted to avoid having to return goods.
