Process from placing order to delivery was 1st class, kept informed of progress and purchase arrived on Monday even after ordering over the weekend, fridge looks good and contents are kept cool

"Too noisy to use - technical help runaround"
Look great, seem good value but our wine cellar is noisy, there is no way you could sleep near this (even though they state it could be used in a bedroom). In spite of trying all the recommended fixes as per their website and technical "help"over many days hoping it would settle down - even adding felt pads below and trying it in different areas - it is still noisy. I tried a decibel meter, sent videos and more. Tech help continue in keep asking us to move it, add padding below and then repeat the same advice time and time again. Such a shame. We bought it to be in a particular space, what use is putting it somewhere else? Ridiculous advice. And now, less than 30 days after arrival they are refusing to sort it out.

I purchased this fridge and installed it on Monday 20th August but the green light on the back of the fridge goes off intermittently and was wandering if this was normal

"The fridge I was sent is faulty"
The fridge I was sent is faulty. I put a drinks can in it overnight and the can got so hot that it neaely burnt my hand. The fridge also overheated. There was a burning smell coming from the wire so I unplugged.
I contacted Customer Services. They wanted to send an engineer to see they fix the fridge.i said I want a full refund as soon as possible. I am in Edinburgh.
I have had no refund or further contact and I will have to phone Customer Services again.
