2 days from the day of ordering to delivery- excellent service. Delivery men were very helpful with the parcel was quite heavy.

Subcold themselves I can't really fault, ordering of the product was simple, and item delivered on the day expected. The issue lies with their chosen courier, DPD.

You are advised that you will be given a one hour time slot, however this did not occur. I work out of the area, but have family in the area that were on standby for me to give them the timeslot so they could be there for delivery. DPD called me and advised they were there with the item, with no heads up with an hour timeslot.

To be fair to the delivery guy (at this stage) he said he could drop it off at a certain time later in the day, which allowed me to arrange a family member to be there.

They turned up on time, however, they refused to bring the item further than the main front door (I am on the third floor, granted there is no lift, but this has not been an issue for many other deliveries, and of bigger/heavier size). So, the item was left downstairs with my 73yo mother to try and figure out how to get it up 3 flights of stairs. Fortunately, a friendly neighbour and his friend turned up and did the heavy lifting that the DPD driver couldn't be bothered to do.

As I say, Subcold themselves were great, but I cannot give this a 5 star rating because the delivery, or lack thereof, of the item reflects badly back onto Subcold as their chosen agent.
