"Damaged and broken flowers no response"

The flowers arrived damaged in a squashed and broken box Saturday 9th march. Delivery driver said they received the package like that. I tried to contact yourselves to explain this and that the flowers were suppose to be a mother's day gift that I could no longer give. I haven't even received an acknowledgement response of my complaint that was 6 days ago. Very disappointed won't be recommending.

It was quick and easy to order the flower I wanted. They were delivered quickly and as both orders I am told were lovely

Order confirmed, no further communication. No delivery, no flowers, complete waste of money and massively disappointing.

Opted for the florist choice flowers. Only two types of flowers were in the bouquet which was disappointing.
The 'delivered' photo was VERY misleading. The picture showed the flower box CLOSE to the letterbox, but they were left on the front door step!!! No knock or doorbell ring, I was just lucky that they didn't get taken!
Important to note that the box would never have fitted in the letterbox...

I only had one nice bouquet and the other two I bought were all progressively worse...I don't think I will use this company again!

Not arrived after almost a week, no chance of putting message in with flowers, very disappointed. Cannot comment on flowers themselves as they haven’t been delivered yet
