Genuine product. The delivery gentlemen did a good job of delivering to my apartment which is on second floor and also they inspected the TV for any issues before leaving.

Shipping large items, legitimately takes a long time because it moves as freight, so irregularly. They are a bit persistent with after sales extras, but not too much. I would certainly purchase from Ielectrica again!

I'm certain all of this company's 5 star reviews were written by it's own staff. I ordered my TV over 3 weeks ago. Rakuten took my money immediately, while the TV supposedly sat in AM Trucking's warehouse for over 2 weeks before it began moving. Ielectrica has never notified me of their delays, and their customer service is basically non-existent. Still waiting for my TV. I wish I had ordered from eBay.

"Pleased, but..."

TV is excellent and we saved alot of money buying through iElectrica.

Paid for white glove service which we did not get - TV was just plopped in the box in our living room then the delivery guys left. Not really iElectrica's fault - more the delivery guys who didn't understand much English, even after I pointed to the confirmation email showing that I paid for the white glove service. We purchased a 65" tv, so it took my husband and I to lift it out of the box, put the stand on, lift it onto the tv stand, and set it up. Not pleased.

The only suggestion would be for iElectrica to be more involved in the shipping process. Received a call from iElectrica that the tv would be delivered Wednesday, took off of work, but the tv never arrived. Called the delivery company to find out the tv was scheduled to be delivered on Friday. However, a few hours later, received a call from the scheduler that the tv was going to be delivered the next day (Thursday). There were no options to change the delivery, so I was forced to take another day off of work even though I had a scheduled meeting that day.
