They had the lowest price on the net at the time but dealing with them seems shady. They act like used car salespeople that are in a hurry to get to the next customer. Super slow and delayed delivery service.

But I did get what I wanted at the price I wanted!

Ordered a tv that said in stock on the website. Card was never charged and I called two days later and they said it was out of stock whenever I ordered. To be fair, it was cyber Monday so business is usually very busy but I checked a couple of days later and it said it was still in stock so they never changed it after I talked to them. So it's either one of two things - poorly managed or bait and switch.

Ordered via phone and the order that came through was for the wrong TV. This vendor never responds to the "contact us" section on their website. After not receiving a shipment email after 4 days, had to hunt for a phone number to call them and only then was the TV released for shipment. The shipping company that they use (AM trucking) also has a horrible service, with tracking info that doesn't update.

Was shopping for a TV during Black Friday weekend and found iElectrica.com had the best price. I submitted my order on Saturday and received an email confirmation. Tuesday came and my order was still listed on their website as "Processing". So I email them asking when it was going to ship. They emailed me back later that night saying they had sold out of the model. I checked their site and it was still listed as being in stock!! Now the Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals were done. Nice, eh?
