"Missing package headache, awful support"

One of the residents I look after in my retirement community ordered a t-shirt for her grandson's birthday. She paid $20+ shipping (advertised as 1-2 days) for it to arrive almost a week late. She's now on a cruise and the package was "delivered" even though no one was available to sign for it (package was signature required) and upon checking her mail the package is no where to be found. I help her contact Luisaviaroma customer service and they're asking her to fill out a handwritten document to "open an investigation." As if the late and now missing package wasn't enough. She's on a cruise and does not have access to a printer, let alone the technical skills to figure out the printing process, and they're saying she has 48 hours to fill the form or else she's stuck with no item and $200 down the drain. Normally I'd never write reviews, but the lack of professionalism and care at Luisaviaroma is shocking. I'd be more than happy to remove this review if the issue is resolved.
