Ordered a bag on the Monday wanted it for the following Saturday delivery 1-2 days the bag didn’t arrive , dispatch was the following week . Told this company to cancel the order which they did , they said the bag was dispatched as soon as it was returned a refund could be processed. I have never had this item in my possession!!! Nine emails still no refund !!! Avoid this company !!!! This all started on 10/6/24 still no closer to resolving it 😡

Ogni volta che acquisto e che segnalo al customer care di avere un’urgenza nella spedizione, non vengo mai presa in considerazione.. devo sempre arrivare ad arrabbiarmi perché i tempi di consegna express non vengono mai rispettati.
Acquisto anche da altri fornitori multi brand come voi e nel giro di un paio di giorni ricevo il mio ordine.. con voi mai!
E la cosa che mi dispiace è che ci sta il disguido, ma anziché cercare di andare in contro alle esigenze del cliente, le vostre risposte sono arroganti.

"Tom Ford Denim jacket "

I ordered a Tom Ford denim Jacket on 24/05/2024 order number - T0011396628 i can confirm the order process as well as delivery was an excellent service , the issue I have is that I wore the jacket once (just normal wear) and on the left sleeve the button came off making it useless, I managed to save the Tom Ford logo button but part of the back of the button is missing so can not button up the jacket now, upon seeing this i emailed LUISAVIAROMA through the correct channels (their website) and did get a response who was very kind, They said that the supplier would be contacted and asked what they would do with the jacket or at the worst they LUISAVIAROMA would repair the jacket themselves for me, this was a week ago now and not heard anything back, I sent photos of the faulty jacket and have done again today 26/06/2024, I feel I have been more than patient as this jacket cost me over £600, I will hope LUISAVIAROMA will now get in touch with me as soon as possible to rectify this issue, I want to keep this jacket and understand that sometimes faults can occur (even in top high end clothing) but the least I deserve is for the jacket to be repaired, if I do not get a response within 48 hours I will have no other option to file for a full refund, I’m hoping LUISAVIAROMA can collect the jacket via courier from me and resolve this issue
