I really like all aspects of Fluent, and they have numerous levels to choose from. Anytime I call they are courteous and resolve the issues quickly which I appreciate.

Everything worked out well and the people that I dealt with were all very responsive and helpful. Special thanks to Luis who complete the installation. He was very professional and did a great job completing the work and walking me through everything!

"Alarms are going off all the time"

Alarms are going off all the time, false fire calls, even the FD couldn't turn off the alarms, terrible customer service, hold times are unreal, various customer service reps tell different information, can't cancel your service, even after no contract they want a 30 day written notice before cancelling, horrible company, I am not a happy customer, if I could give a 0 rating I would.

The phone number you give in your reply is the same one that does not give you a representative that can do anything to help, on hold for unreal amount of time, transfer you to another person who can't help either, still no real "service", your reply sounds good for a public review, but holds no merit, if you truly want to resolve a problem maybe try contacting the customer yourself instead of making false responses that do no good. I am not waiting on hold to be transferred numerous times and still have no resolution. Just cancel my service and be done with it! STILL A 0 RATING FROM ME.

Eli spent 4 hours on the phone diagnosing and walking us through the reset for our system. We were very grateful for his patience and knowledge.

If i could give zero stars i would. Been with these guys for 8 years and the last year most of our equipment never worked and they wouldn't come to fix it. so our contract ended and i am going with a new company. I called them to cancel and after an hour on hold the guy tried everything to get me to stay but i said sorry i was going and wanted to cancel my service as my contract ended a moth ago. He hung up one me called the line to sign up and was answered right away. Then i explained what happened and he said a manager would call by end of day. Two days later i called back twice on the sign up line and was answered first ring. asked to speak to a manager and none availible. second time he put me on hold for 30 minutes so i hung up. I finally sent a fax like the contract said to cancel. then i get an email saying nothing they can do unless its signed so sent it signed and then got a email saying its been sent to there resolution team to decide if i can cancel. so now its Friday and i still have no idea whats next and i'm not even under contract. Stay away from this company only time they want to talk to is when you are signing up. I consider this company a scam. I love this reply even though I have called 3 times to speak to a manager and was assured I would get a call by end of day they answer my complaint with a number to call. It’s now August 16th and update is nothing has happened yet. All their responses are the same, they say they are sorry and to call but after an hour on the line no one answers. They did have someone name Jessica send me an email saying they are sending my request to cancel to the resolution team to see if they will allow me to cancel, but still no response. Earlier this week I asked her if a manger can call me and she said she would forward the request, but still no call. They seem so nice when you want to sign up but after you sign don’t expect anything. Worst company I’ve dealt with in 50 years
