"Ank was unfortunately late due to a…"

Ank was unfortunately late due to a previous appointment that ran long. He did call and communicate the delay which was much appreciated. When Ank got here he promptly fixed my faulty camera and renamed and sensors that didn’t match our old home. Ank is a knowledgeable and efficient technician. Thanks Ank!

"Worst customer service ever"

Worst customer service ever. If you ever try to get out of your contract good luck. I canceled with brinks it was as simple as calling and asking to cancel. Fluent sent me through hoops, not telling how much I had left on my contract, how to cancel and needing a written letter in 2023 to cancel my contract.

"This company is not well run"

This company is not well run. Each department is not very knowledgeable and they don’t communicate with each. I have also had 4 people say they would call me back and then never did. Then when I was able to get a hold of them again they would lie and say they did when I had no missed calls, and no messages and when I mentioned this they had no response. I even had them check my phone number every time. And when they can’t find an answer for you they will try to push you on to another department that also has no answers. Fluent should not be running a security company.
