Had a hair transplant here 6 months ago. Dr Faisal Arshad is an amazing doctor and got me a very very good result. He has an excellent manner and is very exceptional surgeon. All the staff in the clinic treated me well on the day of my procedure. Aftercare was very thorough. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr Faisal Arshad is a very good doctor and proper surgeon! Everything ran smoothly! Came to Hair Dr to sort out a problem with thinning across my sides and I'm pleased with the outcome. You definitely won't come across this level of professionalism often.

Highlights of my disservice with the hair dr

I drove all the way from London to Leeds and unfortunately messed about and then told I'd be given another date to no avail. I then had to prompt the hair dr for a refund. Despite, driving in tough record weather conditions on the weekend of 01/02/19. My travel costs were not reimbursed.

Poor communications, resulted in pre-op advice being sent at 11pm at night via WhatsApp which I found extremely bizarre, since all of the dialogue was done via email.

I was promised f2f reimbursement of my hotel and travel costs which never materialised.

Whilst, I am convinced they are capable from reviews, when they get it wrong they do so in such fashion.

I hope the above raises necessary awareness.

Had a very helpful and professional consultation and ongoing treatment with the Hair Dr and all the staff. They were personal with me and listened to me without trying to sell me anything. My questions were always answered efficiently and well. Overall I found the entire experience with this clinic very good and would suggest. I never suggest to go anywhere because it´s a personal choice. But, if you are worried about hair loss and thinking of maybe doing some type of treatment then talk to the hair dr while you research.

"Too pushy and way too many sales calls…"

Too pushy and way too many sales calls after making the initial enquiry. Talking beyond the point of sale didnt give me a good impression. When it came to dates this is really when it fell apart at the seams!!

However, I was referred to another clinic who supplied PRP injections after careful assessment which, has revived the majority of my hair loss and would recommend anybody try this method before under going a fue treatment. It was the 'British Hair Clinic' who provided the alternative with a non-sales approcach and them for their due care & attention.
