"Very lean filets"

As we placed our first order, we kept it simple so that we could try out the basics: grass fed ground beef and filet mignon. We LOVE the ground beef and will definitely be ordering again. The filets were great too, but just a little more lean than we’re used to. I think if we’d added a pat of grass fed raw butter on top, that would have made them perfect. For the next order we’ll try some ribeye and NY strip.

We received our order quickly and packaged very well. We have ordered from other companies and this packaging was way above with dry ice, and not a styrofoam cooler/package.
