It’s very hard to find quality brisket cuts in NC. Decided to try Piedmontese and they did not disappoint!! Enough fat marbled in for flavor and moisture. The brisket was shipped frozen and the quality packaging kept it frozen. Perfect cook and the best results I’ve gotten yet from n smoking a brisket.
