"Great Introduction to Piedmontese Beef"

This was my first order with Certified Piedmontese; my grass fed/finished beef was delivered as ordered and promised, without issues or delays. It was well packaged with adequate dry ice, and the beef was rock hard. After thawing, the steaks were grilled low and slow, finished reverse sear. No complaints was a sign of a successful cookk, and no leftovers further reinforced the point. I've already placed my second order.
