Ordered a 6lb Certified Piedmontese rib roast for Christmas. Easy online order. Arrived in plenty of time to defrost. Cooked the roast on a Pit Barrel Cooker for approximately 2+ hours. Taste and flavor were outstanding. Tender enough to cut a lot of the meat with a fork.
