The prime rib was the most delicious one I’ve ever eaten, I can’t even find words for how good it was! But I also ordered 2 14 oz wagyu ribeyes, and I have to say I’m disappointed in the cut of one of them, there is literally no cap on that one, in fact it looks like a strip steak….it is marbled well, but it doesn’t look like the other one, not even close. I am sure it will be tasty, but I’m a ribeye connoisseur and it’s just not what I expected. I only buy beef if it is very good quality, and don’t mind paying a premium because good meat is worth it, I’m just a bit disappointed with the cut. If you’d like photos of the 2 steaks and what I’m speaking about, feel free to reach out, as I still have them, frozen, waiting for the right time to make them.

The Piedmontese beef is the very best and most lean I have ever experienced. And.... the customer service is unbelievably good. They are prompt and courteous.

Delivery of one of my orders was delayed and the beef was no longer frozen. UPS holiday activity was the cause. And upon learning about my loss, Piedmontese immediately shipped, at no charge, a second package that arrived on time. Order was insured and they filed claim with Route.

I was lucky to order and receive a prime rib roast in time for Christmas and before they ran into a shortage. I'm anxious to have them come back on the menu as I will want another one in the freezer. It was very good, and I'm looking forward to tasting the fillets that came with the package. There was a problem that we encountered and a single email resulted in a prompt resolution of the problem.
