Excellent and very professional and the staff answering phone call are a credit to company: I have regular delivery of Vetmedin for my chihuahua s : However for first time my delivery was stolen on 23 December 24
Lucky a had some pills for 15 days for my two chihuahua s Daisy asked me to check and really supported me :
I was very upset and stressed as needed medication as life saving for my two chihuahua s : Daisy at company listened and advised me what to do I followed instructions.Have Crime Reference and my pet medication speedy sent out . I sincerely trust this company Thank you

To be fare this is not directly Pet Drugs Online fault but my vet issued a prescription for 3x2 monthly pain relief prescription for our pet. As the vet ticked single use box I had to purchase all the 6 months quantity!… at £130 extra. Just because the vet ticked the wrong box I couldn’t order just part of the prescription… I wasn’t asking for more I just wanted to part order the prescription like I had before and have the prescription available for the next order.

Been ordering for years online at first there prices where great then all of a sudden there prices went up not just once but three times over a space of a year. Also on the website most of the items are out of stock. When you email they don't reply very disappointed.
