Very poor customer service.
Ordered £190 worth of medication, one lot of tablets for my dog was broken, crumbled and was unable.
Its been a week since I messaged them and although I supplied pictures of the prescription medication that was wrong, I am still back and froth where they are asking for more pictures. My dog is without medication and is starting to get her symptoms back, as I try and make up doses from what's left!

So happy I can't get smaller boxes off my cat food but I can get my cat specialist diet on here. That is nowhere near as expensive as pets at home would be at over 12£ of box of 10 super happy but I do wish I could get my guinea pig supplies off here as well order arrived super quick and efficient and was dispatched really quick even though I ordered at a weekend for standard delivery
