"Great customer service "

The company’s automated system didn’t pick up my race number to give me the correct photos, so I needed to contact customer service to get someone to find my photos.

Shout out to Bryony who did a great job of getting my Manchester Half Marathon photos to me! Can’t fault the customer service on rectifying the problem - so 5/5 for me. My facial expressions while running I definitely can’t blame on them 😂

Ran the 2024 Manchester Marathon I paid £50 for my photos and not had an email confirmation. I created a ticket and the my closed it without it being resolved.
