The shelves I received are well built and sturdy. It was nice to see a rubber mallet included, but it was such a cheapo that the head would only stay on for a few strikes. I ran a screw through the top to keep it on.

My only real gripes where that I paid around 20 quid extra for "next day" delivery and received the frame the next day, but the shelf boards the day after. I called to check and was happy to find a real person answered and was able to give a reasonable explanation.

That and there were no assembly instructions included. No biggie as I'd built similar shelves before. I'm sure they were on the website if needed.

Good stuff though. I would definitely buy from them again.

Only problem I had was I needed a third hand to hold everything steady when building the units - absolutely fine once completed

Great experience. Fast delivery. Easy to assemble. Very strongly built. One small tip for assembly - use your thumb to press back the little lugs so that they slide into place easily.

Overall I am very happy with my purchase. The racking meets my needs perfectly. It is robust enough for the equipment I need to store. My only suggestion would be to improve the assembly instructions. The assembly process is not difficult when you have worked out how to do it, but maybe it would help to get started more quickly if the parts were numbered.

Not as tuff as name suggests. Arrived this morning and some parts taken out of box are damaged ! Hope thats not an omen of things go come.
